The announcement was made at a presentation of the results of the assessment of the ASAN service index for 2020-2021, AzVision.az reports.
The presentation was held via videoconferencing by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations evaluated a total of 399 services, including 227 services of 24 central executive authorities, 124 services of 13 local executive authorities of Baku and 48 services of 4 legal entities providing utility services.
According to the results of the assessment for 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, the State Migration Service was the first among the central executive authorities on the ASAN service index.
The main purpose of the assessment is to increase the quality and efficiency of public services, to ensure flexibility of management in this area by the establishment of new types of services, to increase the capability to analyze and forecast the services.
